Overview of the Program

King David Sabbatical Musical Ministry (KDSMM) produces and presents a 30-minute television program that teaches the Old and New Testament as one.  The program will be distributed by cable and community television.  It is also available for purchase in DVD format, or by download at this site.

The program reflects that KDSMM honors Sabbatical worship, Sunday worship, and Masjid as unopposed, undivided, and the same. In doing so, KDSMM declares and teaches the unification of the Lamb and Lion as one in the spirit of the Ever-living Jah. Jesus Christ is the Lamb, sacrificed for the redemption of all mankind. He is the Redeeming Messiah. His Imperial Majesty Haile Selassie I (H.I.M.) carries the earthly and divine title " Conquering Lion of the Tribe of Judah;" he restores the Davidic Covenant and promise to those who have been redeemed by the sacrifice of the Lamb.

Host, Ambassador Denroy Morgan

Denroy Morgan has been a recording artist since 1965.  His 2008 release, Theocracy Reign unifies Denroy’s traditions in reggae, R&B, and gospel, and makes them into a spiritual celebration of Biblical scripture and Rastafarian faith.  

The album merges Denroy’s ministry with his gifts the way KDSMM unifies his calling and his talents.

Produced by Denroy Morgan and Clifford Branch, the album includes new and traditional material, with expressions from Christian, Ras Tafari, and Niabingi worship.  Among the songs are Go Before Us, Lion of Judah, Holy Sabbath, Jesus is still alive, Rock A My Soul, and Blest Be the Tie that Binds.

Throughout his 30-year career, Denroy has watchfully and consistently responded to his calling, for which he was created and set apart.  Having charted the worldwide hit I’ll Do Anything for You, and such other radio favorites as Sweet Tender Love, Happy Feelings, and Africa is Calling, today, his calling is his full time ministry, and his music and songs are dedicated to healing, unification, and upliftment of the Nation of Israel.  

His wife, queen mother of the family, Hyacinth Morgan and children also share the same anointing –- Morgan Heritage comprised of Gramps, Lukes, Mojo, Peter, and Una Morgan; and LMS comprised of Laza, Miriam, and Shy-poo –- and they are partners with Denroy in his musical ministry of love and truth.

Pastor Glenda Phillips Lee is the Spiritual Head of the International Gospel Helpers Church Inc.  Presiding Pastor of Star of Hope, Inc. Country girl from Alabama with “Caribbean Dreams.” "Real success is being in God's will."  She is “born to sing;” Ambassador of Healing of The Nations Ministries; Director of Women Affairs for the Ethiopian Orthodox Coptic Church of North and South America; Founder of The Deborah Generation Outreach Headquarters' woman's fellowship, Harlem NYC. 

In 2005 Jah, the Most High God allowed the Birth of a Ministry, where Pastor Lee was able to tell the world “he meant it for my good,”, and “I'm still holding on" because of the vision of Metropolitan Archbishop Nathaniel Williams, the dedication of Denroy Morgan, father to Morgan Heritage, and anointed music of producer Cliff Branch, ASAPH Ministries was birth with the purpose to bring unification between the children of the Lamb and the children of the Lion.
